Just wanted to let everyone know, the "Striper J Ti" Is awesome!!! I Have spent a lot of time and money trying to find a shaft that gave me the distance I was looking for and be able to keep it in play. Well, "NOT ANY MORE". This Shaft Combined with my TaylorMade 320 9.5 pro series gives me 270 to 280 yards with a beautiful Draw without having to try and kill the ball. My 3+,4+and 5 wood will receive this shaft!

Thanks to all at Harrison!!!! Oh! Did I mention I'm 58?

Signed,
Happy In Memphis

For many years I was using Harrison shafts and felt very loyal to them. But like a lot of golfers I went off and tried some of the other brands like Grafalloy or Harmon design. These shafts felt o.k. but nothing like the Striper J. I just installed the Striper J into my Cleveland 330 and what a huge difference! At first it felt a little whippy but it only took a few shots until I hit some of the longest drives I've hit in years. The shaft feels great and I'm going to install it into my Titleist 983, hopefully the results will be the same. I guess trying other brands cost me a few bucks but with little result. Some of my friends think the Harrison shaft is some low level shaft because they don't hear about them. They see my new shaft and ask what's a Harrison? But when they see the results of long, straight drives their opinion changes. My friends think its some kind of "helper" shaft but now I'm convinced that the results are far more important than what people think. Believe me I'm sticking with Harrison!!!!

I just wanted to let you know what a great product you have. I purchased a Taylor Made R580 this year and was quite impressed with it. However, I still felt I was not getting all I could out of it. After reading some information on one of your competitors websites I realized I probably had the wrong shaft for my swing.

I then started doing some research with some different shafts from various companies. I also remembered seeing your ad in Golf magazine for the Striper J. Although no one had a demo. to try none of the other shafts I tried fit like they should for me personally. Knowing you were a reputable company I ordered it based on the info. and claims made in the ads and on the website.

The first time I hit my driver with the new shaft I could tell a difference right away. Even my playing partners could tell a difference. It is so nice to hit a solid shot so much more often. I just love this thing and recommend it to everyone I come in contact with. (It looks good too!) I truly feel that I could not have made a better choice no matter how much I spent.(ask my buddy who had to have one of those yellow and purple shafts-he's still away!).

The bottom line is this- this shaft enables me to hit the ball straighter and farther! I hit it on just about every hole except par 3's. Thanks so much!

I am a beginner having started about 4 months ago with a swing speed of approx. 100-105 mph. The first driver used was a Warbird 11* with a stock regular flex shaft which was too whippy and difficult to control. On the advice of a club pro I decided to purchase a Taylor Made 320 9.5* and decided on a regular S90 shaft in the hope of being able to have more control over the clubhead. Although there was improvement in control, distances did not impress (I used to hit approx. 210-220 metres).

The shaft on the Taylor Made, together with that of my Cleveland Quadpro 5-wood broke last week. Having researched all the shafts available on the market and on the advice of the local pro-shop (RGT - thanks, Duncan) I decided to re-shaft the Taylor Made with the Striper J and the 5 wood, with the Pro 2.5. They fitted the shafts in a day and I was on the course the next. Boy, was there a difference! The Taylor Made felt like a totally new club - light, strong with noticeably less twisting. All drives were straight (tight & narrow local course) and the distances were at least an additional 15-20 metres on a medium trajectory and I hadn't even tried it out on the range beforehand!

The 5-wood (19*) with the Pro 2.5 was also highly impressive. With the original regular flex stock shaft I was regularly hitting 180-190 approx. With the new shaft, these distances increased by another 10-15 metres with the added benefit of control and stability, confidence boosting especially if you've just started.

Don't take my word for it, try these shafts for yourself and be prepared for the look on your friend's face when you're hitting those drives down the middle of the fairway past theirs!!

Guys, Jim McLean and your R&D techs are definitely on the right track with the Striper J. I had an Alpha Reaction 400cc head on a 45" Classic Lite Mid Launch. I loved it...until I snapped the shaft at the hosel. My local guy, Lorne, here at Southern Golf Technologies in Pelham, AL, suggested I try the new J. He assured me that flex, weight and torque were close enough to the Classic Lite that I'd like it. The Classic Lite / Alpha combo outdistanced my Taylormade 320 w/ Profoce 65 by 7-10yds . The Alpha J combo is outdistancing the CL / Alpha by additional 10-12yds. And it's consistently straighter! I love the "snap" release it delivers to the ball. My playing partners are noticing that I'm hitting approaches with 9 or PW on holes I previously hit 6 or 7 iron. I can't thank you guys enough for such a solid performance boost. Pass my gratitude on to Mr. McLean.

I have a Taylor Made 360 which had the stock Taylor Made shaft in it. It just was not the shaft for my swing. So, after talking to my brother-in-law who is a Teaching Pro at Torrey Pines, he told me to try the Harrison Striper J, "was he right." I have owned a number of drivers over the year. This shaft turned this driver into the greatest driver I have ever owned. As they say the shaft is the engine, it is like a totally different club. I am just wondering if these Harrison boys have a set of iron shafts for my Ping I3's.

Thanks Harrison

This is just a note to advise that several weeks ago I contacted your firm and sought assistance in determining a driver shaft for my game. Upon providing you with the necessary information as per your firms E-Mail site, I received a reply which indicated that I should try the Striper J Shaft. In short I ordered one and had it installed in my TaylorMade 360 driver. to say the least, I have enjoyed immediate results from the change. I now can feel my swing and the feed back upon impact is much more noticeable than before. The ball flight is higher which I can only assume is from the different launch angle the shaft produces. I just want to advise you that I am thoroughly satisfied with the results and the product is great. I have since told many of my golfing friends of the change and have highly recommended your product to them. Thanks for helping my game.

I have just had the Striper J Titanium shaft installed into my driver, and it is the best shaft that I have ever played in my 25-year history playing golf. Thank you Harrison. You guys have done a great job.

I have an old 10deg. Callaway Great Big Bertha and its stock shaft didn't cut it for me...I usually drive 250 yards if I hit this driver solid...I was sick of the fades and duck hooks the old shaft was giving me and went to my clubmaker to change it..I had no clue of what graphite shaft to get..there was so many of them and some of the shafts used by the pros on TV were way outta my price range...my clubmaker wanted me to use the Striper shaft in a regular flex with no hesitation...he said that this shaft refuses to go any other direction other than straight...so I took his advise and had it reshafted since it didn't break my wallet....after my first round at a course I was never familiar with, my clubmaker was right, this thing only wanted the ball to go straight...and even better, on mishits, it went 250, but on solid hits (which happened frequently) it went 270-280!!!! I couldn't believe it!!! I was actually using my sand and lob wedges on my apporach shots on par 4s!!! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to have your shaft on my most loved club in my bag.
