Pacoima,
CA - Harrison's Striper
Tour is again the HOT shaft on tour this past weekend
after finishing a strong second at the Buick Classic.
There
is clearly a buzz about the Striper
Tour among both PGA Tour players and golfers everywhere.
And its striking copper color is turning heads throughout
the golf world.
The
Buick Classic is just one of the many Tour events this season
that Harrison has commanded attention. At the Champions
Tour Farmer's Charity Classic, Harrison dominated the event
with four top-tens, including first and second place finishes.
So far this season, Harrison has 2 wins, 19 top-fives and
40 top-tens on the PGA and Champions Tours.
Hardly
a week goes by without at least one player using Harrison
in contention to win on the Tour. In the past three years,
Harrison's number of top-ten finishes on Tour has enjoyed
a phenomenal growth, increasing from 37 top-tens in 2001
to 99 in 2003. This season Harrison is on pace to shatter
its 2003 season record.

This
phenomenal Tour success in great part was due to the wide
acceptance of the new Striper
Tour shaft. It has earned the title of the "Hottest
New Shaft on Tour". It is not only sizzling hot on Tour,
it is also the shaft of choice by the leaders of driving
accuracy on the PGA Tour.
The
Striper
Tourshaft owes its success to Harrison's world famous
engineering team. The objectives of the Striper
Tour project were to develop the highest performing
shaft featuring a low spin rate, a slightly higher launch
angle, and the tightest shot dispersion anywhere. The Harrison
team has clearly succeeded with the Striper
Tour shaft.
Since
its introduction, nearly all of the top ten golf club companies
have picked up the Striper
Tour shaft as an option, and consumer reaction has been
overwhelming. The Striper
Tour shafts are available in three different weights:
60, 70 and 80 grams, and from senior flex to extra-stiff
flex.
